Steel Frame Furnaces: Built for capacities upto 50 tonne, these are best suited for high power and heavy duty melt-shapes, which besides durability, require shielding of human operators from strong electro magnetic fields. it comprises of a detachable Coil Cradle assembly housed in a Tilting and Supporting frame linked with a pair of hydraulic cylinders to facilitate lip axis pouring. The coil cradle assembly accommodates the single or multi zone water cooled cois made of copper tubing, yokes made of silicon electrical steel lamination for shuting / guiding of magnetic fields, the top and bottom refractory castables equipped with Faraday shield ring and plates.
The optional accessories are:
- Hydraulic operated Frame Hood and Lid Swing Assembly.
- Gas spring supported protective Back and Site Net Guards.
- Hydraulically operated Quick Lining Removal (QLR) Mechanism pneumatically operated remote furnace change over cum isolation switches.
